Teens died of carbon poisoning (Added: February 22nd)
The exploited teens, who had been missing since Jan. 15, did not return home after telling their parents they would be attending a movie in Yaule. Police and family members had said they were concerned about the mental state of both black teen girls based on statements they had made in the past.
Making the Web safer for teens (Added: February 8th)
The exploited teen girl complied and didn't tell her parents until after she found the images on Myspace.com. Black opened an account on the social networking site in the teenager's name and posted an image of the girl exposing herself and included her name and address, according to court documents. The Center for Exploited Teen Children reported more than 2,600 incidents last year of adults using the Internet to entice children.
Remember Missing Teens (Added: January 21st)
Black teen was passionate about academics and animals. She was an excellent student and had plans to become a veterinarian. For those of you who did not know her, we ask that you respect our sadness and support us with your understanding. Black was a very thoughtful young woman who cared deeply about her friends. Some of her friends at Wootton described her as a beautiful person who made them smile and whose laughter was contagious.
